You love Jesus and want to grow in your faith.

You believe in the power of the gospel to change lives.

You want to make a positive impact in your church and community.

You’re ready to commit some time and make a difference.

If this describes you, you’re the right person to lead a class. All the other details? We’ll take you by the hand through it.

God has brought people here from the world’s least-reached nations. They are raising up their children to follow God as they know Him. They don’t know about Jesus. Meanwhile, most everyday Christians lack the desire or skills to tell them. Together we can change that.

Thank you for taking an important role in inspiring and empowering others to be authentic Christian witnesses across cultures around daily life.

Here’s what you’ll get:

  • A detailed Coordinator’s Guide that walks you through the entire course, step by step.
  • Bite-sized video training segments for each session.
  • A digital Participant’s Guide
  • An ETHNOS Devotional

Unlimited access to group coaching calls, and additional curriculum and resources that take your group’s learning deeper.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

ETHNOS is a seven-lesson course. Each lasts between 60-90 minutes, depending on the size of the class. Typically, classes meet once a week for each lesson.

Traditional Class

  • Time: 90 minutes
  • Location: Anywhere with AV equipment
  • Watch Videos: in class
  • Gather for activities and discussion

Virtual Class

  • Time: 50 minutes
  • Location: Online (video conferencing tool, like Zoom, required)
  • Watch Videos: On your own
  • Gather for activities and discussion

For sure! Any like-minded Believer can co-lead with you.

There’s no requirement. We’ve done ETHNOS with as few as three and as many as 600! The sweet-spot size for robust small group discussions is 5-7.

Each participant needs access to the Bible. We’ll give you a digital Participant’s Guide to share as well.

As a Coordinator, you role will be to facilitate discussions and Bible study, not teach. We’ll guide you through how to facilitate the course well.

ETHNOS Coordinators are volunteers with a passion for helping others learn how to live as authentic Christian witnesses across cultures.

“Our church is in a culturally diverse area. We did ETHNOS to prepare the congregation to naturally, authentically engage the nations who live among us. It was a catalyst that got people talking and sharing Jesus across cultures.”

Mark, Church Leader

“I’m leading ETHNOS to help my home group realize God’s heart for the nations. I went through the ETHNOS “test and learn” and it changed how I thought and acted about sharing my own faith across cultures. I love being an instrument in God’s hands to help others do the same.”

Cathy, ETHNOS Coordinator
